All digital content on this website, including text, logo, artwork/designs are the property of the artist, Caroline Hodson and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. It is strictly prohibited to use, copy or reproduce text and images in any way without my express written permission.

When you buy a piece of my artwork from Mint To Be in whatever form, this copyright is not transferred with the sale of goods i.e. you own the product purchased, you do not own the copyright to the artwork; the copyright of my art remains with me, the artist.

Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the credit cards accepted by our payment providers. We do not accept cheques, cash or bank transfers.

Shipping and Delivery

All items are currently being shipped by Royal Mail using a Signed For service. We do not accept responsibility for missed or incorrect deliveries. Postage types and costs are shown before placing an order. Expedited shipping will incur additional costs.

We are only shipping to the UK at this time.

Substitutes

We do not supply substitute items.

Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return an item and either exchange it or request a refund, please complete the Returns Form prior to sending the items back us and let us know.

Do not return an item until you have received a response from us authorising its return and instructions for its return have been given to you. The returns address can be found on the packing slip sent with the order.

Returns can not be accepted until we have authorised the return.

The cost of returning the item will be at your expense and refunds can only be made once the item has been received by us, therefore it is recommended that you use a tracked and insured shipping service.

Where an item is agreed to be faulty, the cost of the postage will be refunded along with the value of the item returned, once it has been received by us.

If you are returning items to us they must be in their original condition, any labels still attached and included with their original packaging which should be intact. Do not destroy or dispose of any item or its packaging, even if faulty.

Please remember that exchanges may be limited by the availability of materials or stock.

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 14 working days.

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind about your order for any reason, you may cancel it within 14 working days by contacting us. If the item has already been despatched, you can return it to the seller in accordance with our returns policy above.

However, exceptions do apply where items are commissioned, custom made or personalised at the point of sale; orders for these items can not be cancelled. For all other items (i.e. items not commissioned, custom made or personalised) if the cancellation is received before work commences on your order or before it is shipped, your order will be cancelled and monies refunded.

Law and jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Goods through the Mint To Be website will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Mint To Be are compliant with the applicable Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Prices

Prices stated are for the cost of an item. We endeavour to ensure that our prices are as accurate and up to date as possible, however, in the event of a pricing error, the final selling price will be confirmed and accepted at the time of shipping.

We are not VAT registered and therefore we do not charge VAT on orders. Shipping, to include both postage and packaging, is an additional cost stated at the time of ordering.

Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal information gathered on this website is done specifically for the purposes of fulfilling orders. Credit card transactions are securely processed by an audited third party and credit card information is not stored or visible to us. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

We are an online business only and as such you can contact us via our Contact Form. We do not have a bricks and mortar location for pickup.
